Situation

How do I see if SOAP is Enabled?

Resolution

Use an internet browser to check is SOAP is enabled. Vertigo requires SOAP to be enabled, and functional so that it can acquire features such as signatures properly. 1) Type in http://<ip address of server>:<SOAP port>/soap
Example: http://10.1.26.2:7191/soap
2) If you are using Mozilla Firefox/Google Chrome you should see the following: HTTP/1.1 200 Date: Fri, 03 Apr 2009 10:40:22 GMT Server: NetWare GroupWise POA 7.0.3 Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8 Content-Length: 268 Pragma: no-cache 59905Bad parameter passed to a NCSP function 3) If you are using a version of Microsoft Internet Explorer it will say the following:

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.
