The GroupWise user is denying access because a password has not been set. The client will be able to log in, but retain and GroupWise Webacess will throw the error.
Assign a password for the user and try again.
If a password has been assigned and still throwing an authentication error:
- Log into Retain as admin
- Click on Module Configuration
- Click on GroupWise module
- Under the SOAP tab enable SSL
- Go back to the Module Configuration page and Refresh the Address Book.
