Statistics no longer working after online upgrade

Secure Gateway (GWAVA)


The statistics database has become corrupt, this fix involves creating a brand new database and all previous data will be lost. If you want to restore the old data please contact Technical support  for assistance

The steps to create a new Statistics database

Confirm that in the /opt/beginfinite/gwava/service/stats/data/db_setup there is a stats.sqlite.xml file
(If this is missing contact Technical Support)

Once you have confirmed the above, stop GWAVA services, (rcgwavaman stop), then go to /opt/beginfinite/gwava/service/stats/data and rename or delete the stats_data.db and then start GWAVA services (rcgwavaman start) this will recreate a brand new fresh database
