Situation
Received a ctengine internal failure alert:
New Alert You are receiving this e-mail because a new issue has been detected in your GWAVA system. Server: (servername) Application raising the alert: GWAVA Severity: WARN Type Identifier: ctengine internal failure Problem Description: ctengine general error Recommendations: If you do not want to be notified of system alerts. Resolution
This alert was sent because GWAVA tried processing a
message that was not formatted correctly and didn't follow SMTP specs.
These are usually spam messages. Because of this, the ctengine programs throws an error. This shouldn't cause any
issues, and can be ignored. The message doesn't get scanned for spam, but does get scanned for the other events.
