Vertigo 1.1.6.0
Situation
1) Will Vertigo work with GroupWise 8.02? 2) After upgrading to GroupWise 8.02 and trying to connect Vertigo to the GroupWise system an error occurs: "GWAVA Vertigo only works when you have the GroupWise 7 Support Pack 3 Win32 client installed. Please install Support Pack 3 first."
Resolution
1) The latest version of Vertigo (1.1.6.0) is supported and will work with GroupWise 8.02. Previous versions of Vertigo than the one listed will not work.
2) Be sure to install the latest version of Vertigo in order to connect to GroupWise 8.02.
If upgrading from a previous version of Vertigo be sure to uninstall the old version first, then install the latest 1.1.60 code of Vertigo.
Simply navigate to Add/Remove programs, find GWAVA Vertigo and click remove. After that download and run the Vertigo 1.1.6 setup.exe file and follow the prompts.
