How do I fix the Program/Version Information That is Shown in my GWAVA4 Manager?

Situation

My Version information is not displaying correct information after an online update or manual update, How do I correct the information?

Resolution

If the program information displayed in the system information page is displaying duplicate, or invalid version details about the programs running on your system then take the steps listed below to reset the recorded program information.

  • Open your GWAVA4 manager (<ip_address>:49282)
  • Go to System Management | Advanced | System tools | Diagnostics & Repair | "version stamp repair"
  • Select "this server only" or "all servers in this system" (depending on your environment and what needs to be fixed) from the bottom section of this page (Program Versions)
  • Click "Reset Versions"

Note:  After resetting this information the GWAVA programs must be restarted for their version stamps to be resent into the system database.
