Situation
Outbound HTML signature is not being added to email.
Resolution
The GroupWise client composes messages in text mode, by default. If the client is composing in text mode. GWAVA will not be able to attach an HTML signature to the message.
There are two ways to fix this conflict:
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->Set GroupWise to compose in HTML mode. This will need to be done with each individual GroupWise client.
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2) <!--[endif]-->Use a text signature instead of an HTML signature.
