Situation
When technical support requests the Reload log files, they are generally referring to the logs in a zip file named reload_support.zip.
Resolution
Note: This should not to be confused with reload_support.log found in /opt/beginfinite/reload/logs. That file is generated any time an error occurs and provides a snapshot of the system and some of its logs at the time of the error.
The reload_support.zip file is generated daily and contains all of the logs in /opt/beginfinite/reload/logs and /opt/beginfinite/reload/logs/save. There are two ways to obtain this file so that you can email it to technical support:
1. Download from Reload Web Administration.
2. Copy directly from the Reload server.
Download From Reload Web Administration:
1. Load the Reload Web Administration tool: <Reload server ip/hostname>:5555
2. Select Tools | Download Logs | GO | "Download The RELOAD_SUPPORT.ZIP File."
Copy From Reload Server
The reload_support.zip file is located in the /opt/beginfinite/reload/support directory on the Reload server. This file can be copied to a location where it can be emailed to support
