Situation
After migrating a user's mailbox the Outlook/O365 inbox only shows messages up to a certain date.
Resolution
Go into the migration log for that specifc user.
C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\GWAVA\MigrationToolkit\Email Migrator\logs\{user-date}.log and find the last entry for
(migrateFolder) Caching HTML text body for message [{subject line}]
and search the entire mailbox in Outlook/OWA
You should be able to find it and it should be recent.
There appears to be an issue in how items are displayed, it may be related to large numbers of mail in the inbox.
Make sure there are not over 5000 messages in a folder. Preferably much less, near 1000 is better.
