Number in QMS login box

Situation

After upgrading to QMS2 there are number in the username field of the login box and you cannot login to QMS.

Resolution

Clear the cookies in the browser that you are using.
Close the browser and re-open.
When logging in again to QMS after clearing the cookies enter the address <http://server_ipaddress:49285> and make sure there is nothing else in the URL.

Note: If you are using IE8, the cookies may not clear. To manually clear these, under 'Browsing History' click on 'settings' then 'view files'. Manually remove all files from this directory. It should work fine after you close and re-open the browser.
