Situation
When I access or read someones email can they see that it has been accessed?
Resolution
Maintain the integrity of the Messaging system
In any activities where email is being reviewed, it is critical to maintain a level of integrity in ensuring that only authorized personnel access the email content, and that once access is granted, the mailbox is not modified in any way.
