Obtaining Log Files for the Migration Toolkit

Migration Toolkit
Exchange/O365

Situation

GWAVA Support has requested log files. Where do I get them.

Resolution

1. Open Windows File Explorer

2. In the location bar type in the command:   %appdata% and press the Enter key

3. The logs are then generally found at:

\Roaming\GWAVA\MigrationToolkit\User Migrator\logs\user_migrator.log off of the appdata location.
