Customer just upgraded to GWAVA 6.5 and wants to know how to tell if the spam filter signature database is up to date.
Unlike its predecessors, GWAVA 6 does not use a local signature database. It checks with the GWAVA database on the Internet on every message. If it cannot access its Internet database, messages will not get delivered; so, if users are receiving incoming messages from the Internet, then GWAVA is successfully connecting with its Internet database.
