Can't restore Documents from DMS

I am backing up my Groupwise post office including DMS, but can't restore any documents. 


Under each daily backup directory will be a gwdms directory.  Check if there is any data in this directory.  If the directory is empty then Reload isn't backing up DMS.  If the directory contains data then Reload is backing up DMS.

Verify that Reload is configured to backup DMS within the Reload Administration Console | Profile | <select post office> | Standard | DMS | verify that is is Enabled

If DMS was enabled, then check the profile's configuration file; /opt/beginfinite/reload/conf/<profile>.conf.  The following line will be in the configuration file:
If this equals "1" then dms is Enabled, if set to "0" then dms is Disabled
