Changes Made to the Reload Schedule Don't Seem to Work Correctly

I changed the time a Reload job starts, under Schedules.  I made this change 10 minutes before the time I wanted the job to run.  The job didn't run until the next day at the scheduled time.

If a change is made to the time a profile starts, and the newly configured time is less then 20 minutes greater then the creation time the job won't be created and ran until the following scheduled day. This is working as designed.

As an example: If I wanted to configure a profile to run at 6:00p every day and I made this change at 5:45p, on a Tuesday.  The job won't run until Wednesday because the creation time and run time are only 15 minutes apart.  There has to be at lease 20 minutes between the time change and start time.
