Outlook 2013 (64bit) crashes when Retain Outlook plug-in (64bit) is installed.
- Windows should be installed and activated on the workstation.
- Outlook should be installed, activated and connected to the mail server.
Uninstall the Retain Outlook Plug-in with Add/Remove Programs.
You may need to run Outlook in safe mode to disable all plug-ings.
We were able to resolve this issue with a customer by disabling all Outlook plug-ins then closing Outlook and installing the Retain Outlook Plug-in.
Then we were able to enable the other plug-ins one by one to determine which was causing the issue but it worked fine.
