Situation
Do changes to the Core Settings or Logging tabs of the Reporting & Monitoring Server require a new bootstrap?
Resolution
No. The settings are stored in the Retain Server's configuration directory (../beginfinite/retain/RetainServer/WEB-INF/cfg/StatsServer.cfg) and should be retrieved by the Reporting & Monitoring Server during its next polling interval and write them to ../beginfinite/retain/RetainStatsServer/WEB-INF/cfg/StatsServer.cfg.
