Situation
When a user clicks on the Retain icon link the webpage only shows the top 85 pixels.
Resolution
Microsoft issued a security update to IIS that increased the restriction on the sandbox. So opening the Retain plugin link shows only the header.
Development is aware of the issue and is worknig on a fix but for now the workaround is to right-click and select "Open in a new window." and the Retain web page will appear normally.
