Situation
I have Reload configured to keep 6 portable backups. Why do I only see 4 portable backups when I go into Access Backups to load a backup from 5 weeks ago?
Resolution
Currently Reload is designed to only display 4 portable backups in the Backup Selection Menu. Backups older then 4 weeks are accessible through the Browse option, all backups are still in the backup location, just not displayed and selected from the Backup Selection Menu.
The backups can also be loaded from the Web interface, and all backups will be displayed. From the main menu of the Web Interface click on the the name of the profile | Access Backups | Turn on Access to Other Backups | a drop down menu will be displayed to select the desired date | after selecting the date click on Turn on Access
