Situation
Customer wanted to know how to refresh the address book. He had the understanding that the address book at to be refreshed (Configuration | Module Configuration) in order to have Retain's database populated with the latest user additions and mail servers.
Resolution
The address book does NOT have to be refreshed. The nightly maintenance takes care of this. The only time the address book needs to be refreshed is when the module is first created.
