Licensing Audit Report - How Inactive Accounts Are Determined

When you login to the Retain Server web admin, you can generate a Licensing Audit Report by clicking on About | Generate Licensing Report (scroll down to the bottom of the page, it is at the bottom left corner).

That report lists some accounts as inactive. What criteria is used to determine if an account is inactive?


An account is marked as inactive in Retain if there has not been any new data archived from the mailbox in the last 90 days.
