Where Is The Deletion Management Report Created?

Situation


In Deletion Management I have the option to generate a report but don't delete messages. Where is the report created and what is the name of the report?

Resolution

The report is created in the ..\<storage directory>\archive\ directory and is an HTLM file. The name starts with Deletion with an extension of html, for example:

Deletion7895881300442619770UTCMSSHMZYBWMRBJJYZAVED.html

The file is best viewed with a web browser.
