Situation
How do I change my datadir when I get the Error 1067 notification?
Resolution
1. Open Services and browse to MySQL 56.
2. Right click on MySQL56 and select Properties.
3. Click on the Log On tab.
4. Select the Local System account radio button.
5. Apply changes.
6. Start MySQL service.
