D119 Error in Worker Log

Situation


D119 errors are showing up in the Worker logs for archive jobs.

Resolution


If GWCheck fails to resolve the issue, log in to the RetainServer web interface:

1.  Go to Data Collection | Profiles | GroupWise. 

2.  Highlight the profile associated with the job and click on the Miscellaneous tab.

3.  Click on the checkbox to enable "Include Routing Properties".
