Situation
Customer wants to remove some mail servers that display under the Mailboxes tab in the Jobs configuration. Those post offices no longer exist.
Resolution
While technically this can be done by removing them from the SQL database, it is strongly advised not to do so. The mail server record is tied to previously archived items and this would corrupt the data by breaking the link between those messages and the obsolete mail servers. While it may be an annoyance to some to see obsolete mail servers on the mail server list, it is best to leave the list alone.
