User Unable to Access Mailbox in Retain Server

A user logs in to the Retain server successfully but is immediately taken to the Options tab and cannot access the Browse tab.  The user is essentially locked out of the archive.


The users are set up to authenticate with the Retain server through the GroupWise POA via SOAP.  The administrator deleted the user from the Users list (Management | Users), which resolved the issue.  As soon as the user logged back in, the user was able to browse messages.  Also, upon logging in, the user account is then re-created in the Users list.
