PDF Export
Situation
After exporting items from the user's Retain mailbox to a PDF, the PDF file only shows the first page. It does not display the table of contents nor the other pages with the email messages.
Resolution
Retain exports messages into PDF portfolios.
Adobe has made a change to the Reader application - it no longer contains a Flash component. To make this work, the user must download and install the latest Flash Player.
