Does Retain archive Public Folders?

Resolution


Yes, Retain does archive Exchange Public Folders.

In the Profile under the Miscelleneous tab you can enable "Include Public Folders(slow)"

This needs to be set to "Owned by Mailbox" or "all (very slow)"

Owned by Mailbox is recommended.

This also gathers data from shared folders.
