Red X icon displays on Overview to agents older than 14.2.1

The Red X icon is showing on any MTA, POA or GWIA running 14.2.0 R2 HP1, or 14.2.0 FTF or GW12x or GW8x.  

The agent is not really down and the links to the HTTP browser pages for the agents still work.

Tested with cleared cache in Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

The certs which failed were the ones which GroupWise generated with gwcsrgen.exe.  I believe they were created with MD5 which became compromised.   The standard became SHA (but I'm not sure if SHA is still considered safe today.) Certificates generated with openSSL and signed certs purchased by security companies are ok.
