Existing users in a library - unable to make them librarian

If a user is already added in a library with limited rights, and you attempt to change their rights to a "librarian" and hit save it results in a red box at the top of the page with just a * in it.

The work around is to remove the user from the library and add them back in with the rights that you would like and then hit save.

Engineering has deemed this one as Will Not Fix.  Please use the above workaround
