How to change specific license/access to particular programs with Azure O365 driver

After upgrading the old O365 Driver and transitioning it to the Azure O365 driver (in Hybrid Mode), there does not seem to be an option to change specific license/access to particular programs, like Lync/Skype. Is there a way to change users’ access to these individual features?

There is no need now to configure parameters to change specific plans because all these get listed out in as values when configuring resources. Therefore they are individually selected without any preconfiguration.
