Unable to access Filr Management Console or web interface after applying online updates

After applying the online updates, admin was unable to access the Administration management console and users were unable to access the web interface.

In a putty session or at the Appliance server console, restart the Jetty service by typing:
rcnovell-jetty stop
rcnovell-datamodel-service stop
rcnovell-datamodel-service start
rcnovell-jetty start

Note:  If the SSH service has not been started you will need to execute the above commands from the server console.

The Jetty service failed to restart after the online updates were applied.
