“There are no more files” error installing iPrint printer

Micro Focus iPrint Appliance 2.x and 3.x


When installing an iPrint printer to a Windows workstation, the following error is returned:
There are no more files
The following drivers have been reported as having the problem:
  • Lexmark W850 class driver
  • HP Laserjet 500 MFP M525 PCL6 class driver


Apply iPrint Client for Windows version 6.09.  This iPrint client version is available with:
  • iPrint Appliance 2.1 Hot Patch 4
  • OES May 2017 Maintenance Patch
    • As of the writing of this TID (28APR2017), the May 2017 Maintenance patch is not yet available.


The zip extract routine is not unzipping all the printer driver files properly with some versions of the iPrint Client.
