“There are no more files” error installing iPrint printer

Environment

Novell Open Enterprise Server 2015 (OES 2015) Support Pack 1
Novell Open Enterprise Server 11 (OES 11) Support Pack 3
Micro Focus iPrint Appliance 2.x and 3.x

Situation

When installing an iPrint printer to a Windows workstation, the following error is returned:

There are no more files

The following drivers have been reported as having the problem:

Lexmark W850 class driver
HP Laserjet 500 MFP M525 PCL6 class driver

Resolution

Apply iPrint Client for Windows version 6.09. This iPrint client version is available with:

iPrint Appliance 2.1 Hot Patch 4
OES May 2017 Maintenance Patch

As of the writing of this TID (28APR2017), the May 2017 Maintenance patch is not yet available.

Cause

The zip extract routine is not unzipping all the printer driver files properly with some versions of the iPrint Client.
