Error 'DRA could not execute the authentication mode validation' when running IIS7 check in the DRA Health Check Utility

When running the 'Validate Authenticaion Mode for DRA Application' check for IIS7 on the DRA Web Site in the Health Check Utility, you may receive the following error:

 

Result:  DRA could not execute the authentication mode validation.

 

This error can occur for two reasons:

 

1) IIS7 had errors during install and needs to be reinstalled on the DRA server

 

or

 

2) The IIS7 check fails because DRA is installed on a Windows 2003 server running IIS6.

 

To resolve the second cause, IIS7 must be installed on the Windows 2003 server.
