Invalid Login credentials during IDM install

Environment

NetIQ Identity Manager 4.5
NetIQ Identity Manager 4.6

Situation

While installing IDM getting below errors
Provide the authentication credentials of a user with rights to administer the eDirectory server.
User Name in LDAP Format (Example: CN=admin,O=novell) (DEFAULT: ): cn=admin,ou=sa,o=system

Loader Failed:for spmclnt,error spmclnt: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory,errno 2

User Credentials Not Valid

Please verify the user name, context, and password you supplied are correct or the user has sufficient privileges to configure Identity Manager server.
If you are installing the Identity Manager Server, make sure eDirectory is running on this system and that LDAP is functioning properly.

Resolution

Make sure that you use "/products/IDM/install.bin" if you use the one in the setup directory you'll get that error.

Additional Information

If this is red hat check the docs for required packages, but the caveat is you need both the 32 and 64 bit versions of each.
