Novell ZENworks Configuration Management 2017

Situation

With latest iOS 10.3 release, although the root certificate of the server is installed during enrollment, the server certificate is not being trusted.

Error:
Profile Installation Failed
The server certificate for https://server.com:443 is invalid.

Resolution

Workaround:
During enrollment, after installing root certificate user has to enable full trust for root certificate on iOS device.

Go to Settings -> General -> About -> Certificate Trust Settings
Turn on full trust for root certificate that is installed as part of enrollment.
