End users complain over not getting updated view of their mailbox when sending / receiving or deleting mails when accessing the mailbox over WebAccess client.
It has been identified that POA was quite unreliable to send notification slaps to WebAccess over UDP protocol. Therefore it has been reintroduced to support sending slaps via TCP. You will need to edit a startup configuration file of each PO and at the end add new switch:
After that you will need to restart POA. Make also sure that a firewall is opened for TCP communication on port 8500 (slap port defined in webacc.cfg file) so TCP slaps from POA will reach WebAccess which typically sits in DMZ.
You can use this new startup switch in any FTF of R2 build number 126xxx.
