Files take a very long time to appear in the Filr Desktop client folders when used at multiple locations

When a user uses the Filr Desktop client simultaneously from 2 different locations, some file changes are not seen on both systems immediately. It may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours before both systems show all the files.

For example:
1. One file (My Files\Samples\testing.xlsx) is updated on Computer-1 and the sync is reported OK in the Filr Console.
2. User starts up Computer-2 and the Filr Console reports that the file from Step 1 is downloaded.
3. User navigates to the folder where the file was downloaded (My Files\Samples) but the file testing.xlsx is missing.
