Delayed delivery E-Mails showing blank when moved to a shared folder

Situation

E-Mails sent to an external user using the delayed delivery then moved to a shared folder after it's sent is showing blank for the body. In the Shared Resources Folder i.e. Recipient E-Mail address, Subject line are populated but when attempting to open the E-Mails from the GroupWise client the Main Body of the E-Mail is blank. 

Steps to replicate:
1.Send an email with a delayed date to an external user 
2.Once the email is sent move that email item from the Sent folder to a Shared Folder
3.Try to open that email in the Shared Folder and you'll get the blank email

Resolution

This has been fixed in the shipping GroupWise 14.2.2 SP2 build as well as in the shipping GroupWise 18
