Filr Desktop client does not display folders when using OES Client Network Login

Situation

On a Windows client where both OES Client and Filr Desktop client are installed, Filr fails to display any online-only folders if the user logs in using the OES Client Network login. If the same user logs in using the 'Computer Only Login', all online-only folders are displayed. If any folders are made offline, these folders are displayed in either login scenario.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 2.0 - Hot Patch 4 for Filr 2.0 and Filr 3.1 Update for Filr 3.0 via the Novell Patch Finder.
