Saving in work in progress more than 3 times disables the save option

When you save a work in progress email more then 3 times the "save as draft" is grayed out.

STD:

1. Open an email with an attachment

2 Make sure the view is plain text

3. Forward this mail (not forward as attachment)

4. Write some content and click File, save draft and select the standard "in work" folder.

3. You write some content again and click File, save draft

Repeat this a few more times

You will see at one point the Save draft is greyed out
