Situation
Under a specific scenario, WebAccess will kick the user out when
opening a message. The user is sent back to the log in
screen, with the message saying that the log in is not current.
STD
1) In browser A, send yourself an email with a picture in-line
in the rich text in it.
2) In browser B, open then email from step 1, copy the content
in your clipboard.
3) In browser B, send yourself an email with the content of
your clipboard.
4) In browser B, open the email from step 3 from your outbox,
you'll see the picture.
5) In browser A, open the email from step 3, you won't see the
picture and you'll be forcefully disconnected.
Resolution
Unfortunately we cannot fix this bug because the URLs have the Session ID in them for security reasons. We cannot remove the Session ID.
A workaround for this is -
Step 1 - tells your users to stop copying image from one email to another email inside WebAccess (especially signature logo).
Step 2 - to stop the email already in the system from kicking users out, change the URL of for WebAccess.
Additional Information
this is an issue with any mail with an inline graphic, even in a signature, no matter who it is sent to. The steps to duplicate just used the example of sending a message to yourself to help in duplicating it quickly.
