Join Proxy role of primary server is removed after adding satellite server.

After adding a satellite server, the 'Join Proxy' role of the parent primary server is removed. This can only be observed when the primary server has been configured as 'Join Proxy' server for a location, the devices on the location will no longer connect to the 'Join Proxy' server and the primary server is still listed as 'Join Proxy' server but offers the port '80' instead of '7019'.
