Domain administrator cannot edit users in GW Admin console if domain/po name is in the incorrect case (uppercase or lowercase)

Situation

An external domain & post office were imported, and for some reason the domain & po names (PRIMDOM & PRIMPO) are 
uppercase in the domain databases, but for some of the imported users, their domain & po are listed in lowercase.

The system administrators can edit all of the users without any problem, but for users who have been designated as 
Domain administrators, when they click on one of the 'lowercase' users, they get an error in the Admin console:
"Waiting for replication to occur. Checking object status..."
