Situation
When Vibe is configured with KeyShield for Single Sign On, some users are unable to login to Vibe. If the same user bypasses KeyShield and tries to login directly to Vibe, the login succeeds. When reviewing the Vibe appserver.log file, the following errors were found:

Resolution
A fix for this issue is available in the Vibe 4.0.2 Patch 2, available via the Novell Patch Finder.
