Situation
GroupWise external sync is not syncing Users, Groups, or
Resources if configured like that initially. We found a
work-around; if you set-up an External GroupWise System with just
Domains and Posts Offices(Send and Receive from External System),
then do a request. After you have done a request go back and check
Users, Resources, and Groups. Do a request one more time. The
Users, Resources and Groups will then transfer. They will not
transfer if you have Domains, Post Offices, Users, Resources, and
Groups checked when you first create the external GroupWise
system.
Steps to Replicate:
1) Create an external GroupWise Domain (fill out information
as required)
2) Create a new External System Synchronization.
> Check Domains, Post Offices, Users,
Resources, Groups (both Send and
Receive)
3) Hit OK then do a request. Only the external Domains and
Post Offices will transfer; no Users, Groups or
Resources

WORKAROUND:
1) Delete the External GroupWise Sync that was created on step
2.
2) Create a new External System Synchronization
> Only check Domains & Post Offices (both
send and receive)
3) Hit Ok then do a request.
4) After go back into your External System Sync and check
Users, Groups, Resources (both send and receive)
5 Hit OK then request one more time
6) Users, Groups, and Resources will then transfer over to
your GW system
