Unable to export Personal Address Book to a .csv file from the GroupWise 2014 client

Situation

From the GroupWise client, you can export any personal address book to a .nab file and then that in turn can be imported into any other GroupWise client.  However, if you want to export the personal address book to a .csv file so you can share that file with other people, the .csv file is empty of everything but the column header information
