Full GroupWise Windows client will not run on a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 device

Situation

The Microsoft Surface Pro 4 device will work correctly when setting up the native mail application via ActiveSync to connect to a GroupWise post office via GroupWise Mobility Service.  It will not, however, run the full GroupWise Windows client.  The splash screen flashes and then this error is returned:

"GroupWise did not initialized successfully.  Please run GroupWise setup or contact your system administrator. Unspecified error.  OLE Error 80004005".

The current workaround is to connect to the GroupWise post office via GMS.

This has been reported to engineering.
