890f error opening deeply nested message in GroupWise WebAccess

If a message is nested more than eight levels deep (for example, it has been forwarded as an attachment nine times), then when the top level message is opened in WebAccess, and you click through each nested message to work your way down, when you click to open the 9th message, an "Error 400" on the browser windows is presented to the end user.  In the POA log file the error 890f is presented.
