How can a user change their photo in GroupWise 2014?

GroupWise administrators would like their end users to be able to edit their own photo in the system address book.  

In order for end users to be able to edit their photos in the address book, the GroupWise administrator first needs to give them this right.  In the Administration Console, go to the properties of the Post Office Agent.  From there, click on Client Options -> Address Book and make sure that the check box is marked next to the Allow update of picture in the System Address Book.  Once this has been checked, save this.
